From operations and first-class yacht provisioning to logistics, technical support and concierge services, we are on hand to assist.

Huseyin has become a familiar face to many of the captains and crew we support regularly, valued for his calm approach, reliability and ability to get things done. He works across yacht operations in Türkiye, coordinating arrivals and departures and maintaining strong relationships with marinas, port authorities and immigration officials along the coast.

Huseyin’s role also covers the many requests that fall outside everyday yacht formalities. From additional crew and medical appointments to security, chauffeurs, helicopter charters and VIP arrangements, he draws on his extensive network of trusted contacts to find the right solution.

Ask around 360° Yachting for Yusuf, and you may get a blank look – everyone knows him as UFO. A character within the team, he is also the man we rely on for some of the trickier logistics and customs requirements that come with supporting superyachts in Türkiye.

UFO knows Istanbul and the Aegean coastline inside out, with the contacts and experience to match. Whether coordinating a time-sensitive delivery or navigating customs and authorities, he has the knack for keeping things on schedule.

Having spent more than a decade as a professional captain, Ali Osman understands first-hand the pressures and practicalities of running a yacht. That experience now brings an important onboard perspective to the 360° Yachting team and our technical and operational support.

Baran works alongside Huseyin across yacht logistics and operations, bringing many years of industry experience and plenty of energy to the role. Equally at home in the office or out in the field, he’s often involved when a yacht call requires more than straightforward day-to-day support.

Customs, port and entry procedures, protocol and other formalities all fall within Baran’s remit. When requirements become more complicated, his experience and practical understanding of yachting procedures in Türkiye help captains and crew navigate them.

Kerem is part of the 360° Yachting Bodrum team, where he puts his network of local contacts and knowledge of the area’s marinas to good use. He works closely with the wider operations team and also supports our Göcek head office whenever required.

You’ll often find Kerem out on the road rather than behind a desk, moving between marinas and dealing with yacht requirements on the ground. Energetic, sociable and well-connected, he’s particularly at home working directly with captains, crew and local suppliers.

The youngest member of the 360° Yachting team, Arda already knows Göcek’s maritime community extremely well. Having spent his summers developing his seamanship from an early age, he has built an impressive knowledge of local yacht suppliers, services and the Göcek cruising area.

Friendly, confident and always willing to get involved, Arda is happiest out in the field and around the boats. His local connections and enthusiasm make him a useful pair of hands when visiting yachts need something arranged quickly in Göcek.

A native English speaker with more than five years of international yachting experience, Barış understands the standards, pace and attention to detail expected onboard. Now working within 360° Yachting’s yacht services team, he brings that first-hand industry perspective to supporting yachts ashore.

Calm and easy to communicate with, Barış works particularly well with international crew, assisting with logistics, local arrangements and day-to-day requirements in Türkiye. His long-standing family connections make him a valuable addition to the ground support team.

Elif brings specialist legal expertise in Turkish and maritime law to the 360° Yachting team. As a lawyer and consultant, she advises on customs and port procedures, commercial contracts, KVKK compliance and legal matters involving visiting yachts, crew and guests.

Her calm, analytical approach is particularly valuable when an issue is complex or time-sensitive. From navigating official procedures to handling unexpected legal matters, Elif provides the team and our clients with clear, professional guidance when it’s needed.

Sam is a British lifestyle and luxury travel writer now based in Turkiye. With a long-standing connection to the country, having grown up sailing the Turkish coast with her family, her knowledge of the local destinations, food, history, and culture – combined with many years working with 360° Yachting – brings a distinctly local perspective to our marketing and communications.

Sam is responsible for 360° Yachting’s editorial, newsletters, and website content. From researching new places to keeping you up to date with developments within the local yachting scene, her role is to create engaging content for captains and crew cruising the Turkish Riviera.

Keeping everything shipshape behind the scenes is our three-strong accounts team. Alongside managing 360° Yachting’s own financial administration, they provide accounting services for visiting yachts in Turkiye, assisting captains, owners, and management companies with invoicing, reporting and other financial requirements during their time in the country.

Working closely with our agents and operations team, our accounts team ensures all books and finances are handled clearly, accurately and efficiently.
