Onur Ozgey
Managing Director
Onur has worked in the yachting industry for over a decade and has an excellent all-round knowledge of super yachts and their requirements. Starting as Operational Manager of A1 JLT Yachting Türkiye, and continuing his career as General Manager of C2C Yachting in Turkiye, Onur set up 360° Yachting to take Turkish yachting services to the next level, and offer a premium bespoke service to super yachts cruising in Turkish waters.
Onur is always in the field overseeing the logistics, operations and management for 360° Yachting. Onur’s aim is to exceed expectations and ensure clients receive the highest service levels across the board, an approach that has won 360° Yachting the Captains Recommended accreditation for the last seven years.

Head of Provisions & Support
Senem understands what it takes to keep superyacht guests and crew happy. Always professional and ultra-reliable, it is Senem that heads up the yacht support and provisions team at 360° Yachting.
Throughout her career, Senem has supplied many of the most notable superyacht chefs, and she is passionate about sourcing top quality goods and provisions. Her default is fresh, organic and local produce to ensure quality and value, but that doesn’t mean she can’t supply imported ingredients or harder to find items. Ideally, Senem will have your list of requirements ahead of arrival, but even if time is tight, Senem and the 360° team will do their best to deliver all that’s asked.
Senem has a wealth of local knowledge and can also help ensure almost any occasion runs smoothly. If you are looking for time ashore, Senem can also arrange tables at the best restaurants, throw a fabulous beach BBQ, put together a shopping trip, or organise private tours of many local attractions and historical sites. Speaking three languages (English, Turkish and Italian), communication shouldn’t be a problem.

No request is too big or too small for Huseyin, and the captains and crew welcome his calm, efficient approach to operations and yacht support.
Huseyin handles arrivals and departures and maintains excellent relationships with port authorities, marinas, and immigration officials along the coast. Huseyin is on hand to assist throughout your travels in Turkiye. He is also the go-to for arranging additional crew, medical appointments, security, chauffer’s, helicopter charters, and even VIP nightclub entry to Turkiye’s most prestigious haunts.

Yusuf Akçadağ, affectionately known as UFO, is an indispensable asset to our firm, handling logistics and customs with unparalleled efficiency.
Despite his quirky nature, we’ve come to rely on his timely management and professionalism. UFO’s expertise extends to the luxury yacht sector, and his intimate knowledge of Istanbul and the Aegean coastline ensures seamless navigation through every step of our yachting operations.
Gizem Sert – Concierge & Yacht Support
Gizem graduated from the Business Administration department at Akdeniz University and has worked in the tourism sector ever since.
Gizem is hardworking, disciplined, quick in operational processes, focused on problem-solving, and ambitious. Outside of work, she loves swimming and reading books, and she is an avid Netflix fan. Like everyone else here, she also loves superyachts and travelling.

Based at our Gocek office, Miray’s role encompasses everything from attending to the needs of yachts and their guests to handling the smallest requests and details with efficiency and care.

Captain Ali Osman Çetin – Technical & Yacht Support
With more than 10 years of experience as a professional captain, Ali Osman brings valuable operational insight and skill to the 360° Yachting team.
Fluent in English and highly solution-focused, he works closely with visiting foreign captains and crew, providing reliable guidance, fast problem-solving, and clear communication when it matters most. His hands-on industry knowledge ensures efficient support for yachts right along the Turkish coast.
Gamze Sert Kırmızıyüz – Provisioning & Yacht Support
Gamze is enthusiastic, friendly, and a great communicator. An English Language Teaching graduate, she is pursuing a career in yachting to develop her skills and experience.
Gamze enjoys working in a dynamic environment where she can combine her communication abilities with operational responsibilities. Outside of work, she loves swimming and discovering new places.
Baran Bayramoglu – Yacht Support & Logistics
Baran works alongside Huseyin in logistics, and he is known for his energy, dedication, and endless enthusiasm.
Baran has worked in the yachting industry for many years, and his role covers both the office and the field. From navigating customs, legalities, and protocol to assisting with port and entry, whatever yachting issues you encounter, however complex, Baran can assist!
Sıla Karaman – Technical & Yacht Support
With her positive attitude, energy, and attention to detail, Sıla plays a key role in technical and yacht support within the 360° Yachting team.
Working closely with captains, crew, and suppliers, she helps ensure that day-to-day yacht requirements are managed efficiently and that operations run smoothly both ashore and on the water.
Kerem Ince – Yacht Support & Logistics
Meet Kerem Ince, a dynamic yachting agent affiliated with 360 Yachting Bodrum. Known for his contacts and expertise, Kerem collaborates with Huseyin and Ilkay and extends his support to our main office in Gocek when required. His passion for being on the road and navigating marinas reflects his energetic and fun-loving personality, making him a valuable asset to our team.
Ünal Alkan – Yacht Services
Ünal brings a background in logistics, coordination, and client-facing operations to the 360° Yachting team. A graduate of Aviation Management, he spent three years working in ground handling at Istanbul and Dalaman Airports, where precision, timing, and communication were essential to daily operations.
With a passion for yachting, Ünal applies his aviation experience to yacht services, providing first-class yacht and shore-side assistance. His eagerness to learn and develop within the industry makes him a great addition to the team.
Arda Demir – Agent
Arda is the youngest member of the team. Despite his age, Arda is highly active in the local maritime field and has extensive knowledge of all the local yacht suppliers in Göcek.
Having spent his summers perfecting seamanship from an early age, he brings great value to the 360 team. With his friendly and confident personality and always-willing-to-help attitude, we are delighted to have him as part of the 360 team.
Barış Hewitt – Yacht Services
Barış Hewitt is a native English speaker and a calm communicator who now works with 360 Yachting in our yacht services department. Baris has more than 5 years of international yachting experience, so he has a strong understanding of the pace and precision required for shore-side operations.
Baris’s insight and passion for yachting stem from his family connections in the industry, and his naturally calm demeanour makes him perfect for assisting with logistics, communicating with foreign captains, and arranging local support in Turkiye.

Sam is a British lifestyle and luxury travel writer that grew up sailing the Turkish coast with her family. Passionate about Turkish food, history and culture, Sam is responsible for 360° media and marketing, and the writing of 360° Yachting’s news, blog and website.
