SUPERYACHT BUNKERING IN TÜRKİYE

Bunkering and fuel stops are one of the biggest logistical necessities for captains and engineers aboard a superyacht. For large yachts in particular, availability, volume, delivery access, documentation, and timing must be established well before the bunker is due alongside.

For over a decade, 360° Yachting has arranged superyacht bunkering across the Turkish coast, working directly with captains, chief engineers, local suppliers and the relevant authorities. From an initial fuel enquiry and quotation through to delivery, we coordinate the details on the ground, including duty-free fuel arrangements for eligible yachts.

With teams based in Göcek and Bodrum and support throughout Türkiye, we can arrange bunkering as part of a planned port call or respond when an itinerary, berth or fuel requirement changes at short notice.

SUPERYACHT FUEL IN TÜRKİYE: BUNKERING BASICS

Superyacht bunkering in Türkiye largely depends on the yacht, the required fuel, and the delivery location. Sharing these details early lets our team check availability, documentation, and delivery options before confirming the quotation.

BUNKERING: WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Fuel Type & Specification
Let us know the fuel grade and specification you need, together with any testing or quality requirements. We can then confirm supply availability before arranging bunkering.

  • Fuel Quantity
Advance notice is important for large-volume superyacht and megayacht bunkering in Turkiye. If you can share the approximate volume, we can check fuel availability, provide a quotation, and plan delivery.

  • Port & Bunkering Location
Tell us your preferred port, marina or berth. Fuel delivery arrangements and access vary by location, so we need to check these locally before confirming the bunker.

  • Yacht & Voyage Details
The yacht’s flag, status and voyage details are required to establish the appropriate bunkering and customs arrangements, particularly when duty-free yacht fuel is requested.

  • Bunkering Date & Timing
Send us your preferred date and operational window. We’ll coordinate the fuel supplier and delivery arrangements around the yacht’s port call and cruising schedule.

  • Duty-Free Fuel
If duty-free fuel in Türkiye is required, let us know when requesting a quotation. We must check eligibility and documentation for the individual yacht before confirming duty-free supply.

DUTY-FREE YACHT FUEL IN TÜRKİYE

Duty-free fuel may be available to eligible yachts bunkering in Türkiye, subject to the yacht’s status, voyage and the applicable customs requirements. Turkish regulations provide for both taxed and tax-free marine fuel supplies, with qualifying bunkering operations handled under the relevant customs procedures.

Because requirements differ from one yacht and port call to another, if you think you may be eligible for duty-free fuel, we recommend checking with us before making any firm bunkering plans. 360° Yachting can confirm what duty-paid or duty-free fuel options are available, obtain a quotation, and coordinate the arrangements with the fuel supplier and relevant local authorities.

For captains and chief engineers, please send us the yacht details, approximate fuel quantity, preferred bunkering location and proposed date. We can then better advise you on the options available.

SUPERYACHT FUEL SUPPLY & QUALITY

Fuel specifications matter, particularly when taking on significant volumes. 360° Yachting can arrange Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) for superyachts in Türkiye, with fuel analysis reports and samples available upon request.

For a large bunker, delivery speed is also a major consideration. Depending on the location and your specific delivery arrangements, pumping rates can range from 600 to 2,000 litres per minute. We confirm the fuel specification, quantity, delivery point and expected pumping rate in advance, giving the captain and engineering team a clear picture of the bunker before it begins.

If the yacht has particular fuel quality, documentation, or sampling requirements, please let us know when requesting the quotation so we can check these as part of the proposed supply.

WHERE WE ARRANGE YACHT FUEL IN TURKIYE

About 360 Yachting

360° Yachting can arrange fuel for yachts and superyachts throughout Türkiye. Depending on your desired location, we can arrange bunkering in Fethiye, Göcek, Marmaris, Izmir, Antalya, Bodrum, Yalıkavak, and other major ports and cruising areas along the Turkish coast.

Practical options, however, do vary by location. Berth access, yacht size, fuel volume, and the proposed delivery method all affect where and how we arrange a bunker. For larger yachts and high-volume deliveries, we need to check the options locally before confirming the most suitable delivery point.

If bunkering needs to fit around a guest itinerary, changeover, provisioning stop or onward passage, our team will try to coordinate the fuel stop alongside your itinerary and arrangements. CONTACT us for more details.

LARGE VOLUME BUNKERING IN TURKIYE

A 100,000-litre bunker is a very different operation from a routine fuel delivery. For larger yachts, the delivery point, pumping rate, access, timing, and fuel availability must all work together.

360° Yachting can coordinate large-volume bunkering for superyachts, megayachts and 80m+ and 100m+ yachts calling in Türkiye. Before confirming the bunker, we check the required volume against local supply and the practical limitations of the proposed port or berth.

Where plans are flexible, we can also review the yacht’s route and advise on the most practical bunkering point, rather than simply working around the nearest port.

About 360 Yachting

WHY BUNKER WITH 360° YACHTING?

Bunkering often has to fit into an already busy port call. Guests may be arriving, provisions coming aboard, technical work underway and departure time fixed. Fuel is one part of the schedule, but it can quickly affect everything else if the arrangements change.

That is where having an experienced yacht agent in Turkiye on the ground makes a difference. Our teams in Göcek and Bodrum deal directly with the fuel supplier, marina or port and the relevant local authorities, while keeping the captain and engineering team updated. If timings shift or requirements change, someone is here to handle it.

360° Yachting has supported superyachts in Türkiye for more than 10 years and holds five international ISO certifications, including ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management.

Also… because yachts rarely work to office hours, neither do we. Our operational team is available 24/7 while your yacht is under our agency.

Yes. Fuel analysis reports can be provided, together with fuel samples where required, giving the captain and engineering team the opportunity to check the supplied fuel against the yacht’s requirements.

If you have specific testing, sampling or documentation requirements, include them with the initial bunkering enquiry so they can be organised and confirmed before delivery.

There is no single lead time for every bunker. Availability depends on the fuel required, volume, location, and delivery arrangements, so giving us as much notice as possible is best, especially for large-volume fuel orders.

360° Yachting holds five international ISO certifications across its operations. For bunkering support, the most relevant are ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management).

These certifications relate to 360 ° Yachting’s own management systems and working practices. They do not certify the fuel itself, which comes under the licensed fuel provider.
