Bodrum Center

Bodrum was called Halicarnassus of Caria in ancient times and was famous for housing the Mausoleum of Mausolus. Bodrum Castle built by the Knights Hospitaller in the 15th century overlooks the harbor and Bodrum Milta marina. The castle grounds include a must see Museum of Underwater Archaeology and hosts several cultural festivals throughout the year.

Bodrum Port is an inviting, colorful crowd famous with its lively evenings, fine dining, 7 star SPA’s ,Turkish Bath’s (Hamam) and world class nightlife. The New York Times does not call Bodrum the Saint Tropez of Turkey for nothing. You may enjoy live jazz music at Yacht Club or have a nice walking to explore little shops and culture in town.

Yachts can berth at Bodrum Milta Marina however due to the heavy traffic in the season it may be difficult to find a space.

Larger yachts may anchor off the castle with permission from the authorities and use the municipality dock or marina fuel dock for drop off & pick up’s. Access can be granted within a fee to the marina.
